Rosberg won the Austrian GP this afternoon and deservedly so! He showed all around better pace throughout the whole weekend whilst Hamilton seemed to struggle with his car. At the end of the day, the fastest man wins and today that man was Rosberg.
As i said, Rosberg was simply faster than Hamilton this weekend and it seems to have got under Hamilton's skin; he didn't seem a happy bunny on the podium. It was a shame Rosberg couldn't snatch pole on Saturday but the race win is where it all counts.

Rosberg had a better start than Hamilton, getting himself into 1st place into the first corner. Hamilton instantly fought back in the next two corners but Rosberg placed his car perfectly to fend him off. These first few corners will remind Hamilton that Rosberg is no easy meat.
The early safety car due to Raikkonen's massive crash with Alonso did not have a large effect on the field. As always, it helped all cars with fuel management meaning drivers didn't have to be so cautious throughout the race, promoting great racing!
Despite Hamilton not being able to catch Rosberg, he still didn't have any threat from behind; Ferrari didn't show the race pace we were all hoping for, unfortunately. Hamilton slowly dropped back from Rosberg but sometimes gained on him again. The closest gap between the two was around 2 seconds but this increased gradually lap by lap.
Rosberg will certainly take this race weekend to his advantage and see what he did better than Hamilton so he can be stronger for future races. I hope his form this weekend carries on so we can have a close championship, just like last year!
